In 2012, Convivio began offering special wine dinners, with just enough education not to diminish the fun!

At Convivio, the goal is to help everyone find their own wine style, one sip at a time. This often starts with a powerful reaction to one wine that can lead to a life long love affair! Personally, I had a long wait. I didn’t think I even liked wine until my own “epiphany.” That story is published on the website of noted international wine expert Jancis Robinson, and reprinted in my blog.

Convivio’s 2019-2020 dinner series was presented in collaboration with Chef Matt Jording of the Sage Room. We enjoyed fun themes and fantastic wines, with menus specially created for our events. One highlight was a visit from Master Sommelier Michael McNeil, who presented outstanding wines of the world.
